Welcome to Golden’s and More. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing a puppy or using our site.

1. General

Golden’s and More, located in Colbert, WA, offers puppies for sale and related services. All users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to make a purchase or submit inquiries.

2. Puppy Purchases

Reservation & Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. Deposits secure your spot in line but do not guarantee the selection of a specific puppy until the appropriate age or availability.

Final Payment:
The full purchase price must be paid before the puppy is released. We accept cash, certified check, or other approved payment methods.

Pickup & Delivery:
Puppies must be picked up or delivered as scheduled. If you are unable to pick up your puppy at the agreed time, please notify us in advance. Delivery options may be available for an additional fee.

3. Health Guarantee

All puppies are sold with a basic health guarantee covering genetic conditions for a specified period (usually one year unless otherwise stated in writing). Buyers are encouraged to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup.

Any health concerns must be reported immediately, along with documentation from a licensed veterinarian. We reserve the right to request a second opinion from a vet of our choosing.

4. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of animal sales and our commitment to the well-being of our puppies, all sales are final. No refunds will be given except in the rare case of a health guarantee issue, and only after proper veterinary documentation and review.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide appropriate veterinary care, nutrition, and a safe home

• Refrain from reselling or surrendering the puppy to a shelter

• Contact us if you are no longer able to care for the puppy—we may assist with rehoming

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Golden’s and More and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Golden’s and More is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the ownership or care of a puppy after transfer to the buyer. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the puppy.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be posted on our website with the effective date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts of Spokane County, WA.
