Refund Policy

At Goldens and More, our goal is to ensure each puppy is placed in a loving, committed home. We understand that circumstances can change, and this Refund Policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds.
Non-Refundable Deposit
A $500 non-refundable fee is included in the purchase price of each puppy. This amount covers the cost of:

Veterinary health exams

Puppy vaccinations and care

Marketing and administrative expenses
This fee will not be returned under any circumstances once a reservation or purchase is made.
Return & Refund Eligibility
If you are no longer able to care for your puppy, you must contact us immediately. We will assist in finding a suitable new home. If the puppy is returned in good health, and we are able to successfully rehome the puppy, a refund will be issued minus the $500 non-refundable fee.
The remaining balance (original payment minus $500) will be refunded after the puppy is rehomed and only once the new owner has taken full responsibility.
Health Condition Requirement
Refunds are only available if the returned puppy is in good health, as verified by a licensed veterinarian. If the puppy is returned in poor health, neglected condition, or with untreated illness or injury, no refund will be issued.
Final Sale
Due to the nature of live animal sales and our commitment to the well-being of our puppies, all sales are considered finalafter pickup or delivery unless stated otherwise in writing.
